When will my order be filled and shipped?
We do our best to ship regular orders out within 2 business days of receipt. (Please allow more time during holidays.) Priority mail packages will be shipped out within 1 business day.
Note: We are closed Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays. Orders made over the weekend or on holidays will be filled the next business day. No express deliveries over the weekend.
Shipping Exclusions:
The economy shipping option does not apply to resellers. Please choose UPS Ground.
How fast will my order get to me?
Important: All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed!
Standard Shipping - 4-10 business days
Priority Mail - 2-3 business days
UPS Ground - 3-5 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. However, please note that many countries charge customs fees on the receiving end and we are not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or fees incurred. We also cannot refund international shipping prices if you choose to return your purchase.

If you need to download the audio or printable files you've purchased, log in using your username and password and go to "My Account". There you will find links to download your digital files. If you do not have an account, please contact us so we can assist you!
